As an entertainer, how do I get booked?

Event organisers search for people who they think will be a great addition.

How do I book an entertainer or event service?

You can search our database to find profiles in which you can then send a message to the prospect or book them. You'll fill out a simple form so we can collect more information about your event. The entertainer will be notified of your request instantly.

Do I have to complete the booking through PlatformPlug?

We strongly recommend that you do. If you are contacted directly outside our system, we encourage you lead them back to PlatformPlug to send an official quote. Bookings on PlatformPlug have many benefits like our secure payment system, dispute resolution and verified reviews.

What's the minimum age to use PlatformPlug?

The minimum age is 16 years old, however under 16's may use the site under guidance of another user who is 16 or older.

How much does PlatformPlug cost?

PlatformPlug is free for entertainers and event services. You only pay if you are an organizer fulfilling a booking offer. There is a transaction fee for all payments made on our platform equaling 10% + PayPal fees.

What payment methods are available?

We use PayPal to process transactions meaning you can pay via debit/credit card or your PayPal account.

As an entertainer, how do I get paid?

Once your balance is over £10 (GBP), you can request to withdraw funds directly into your PayPal account which will be done within 24 hours.

What if an organiser cancels on me?

Though rare, in some cases an organiser may cancel a booking offer. If this does happen and the deposit payment has been processed, you are entitled to keep this amount under our terms of service.

What if an entertainer cancels on me?

Though rare, in some cases artists have to cancel bookings because they’re sick, or unexpectedly traveling. In that case, you will be entitled to a full refund. We’ll do everything we can to help you book another artist for the date and time you want.

How I leave a review?

To view and leave constructive feedback you can navigate to a users profile and click on the reviews tab.

How can I request a change of feedback on my profile?

Once you've resolved any outstanding problems, you can submit a Feedback revision request as long as you haven't reached your limit for the period and the Feedback is less than 30 days old. If you think the user accidentally left you incorrect Feedback, make sure by contacting the user first to explain why you want the Feedback revised. Platform Plug can change feedback, which includes abusive or foul content at any time.
